WE HAVE A 7 DAY REFUND/RETURN POLICY from time of delivery.
Returns can be made in-store or via mail.
The item(s) must be post marked and shipped to our Vancouver boutique within 7 days of receipt of goods. Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process your refund. In-store refunds can be received during store hours within 7 days of receipt of goods.
You will be responsible for shipping fees associated with the products you would like to return. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Please note refunds can take up to 10 days to process and return funds to the original form of payment.
All products must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, with tags intact.
